Virtual Showroom Tour

We are delighted offer you at-home consultation appointments. Together, over your preferred video call platform (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, FaceTime, WhatsApp etc.), you could:

Appointments are truly tailored to suit your needs. Wherever you are in the world, we can explore our wonderful collection together with the aim of inspiring & delighting you, taking up as much or as little time as you like.

To arrange an appointment, please click here. We will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange your appointment.

Click & Collect

Order online and select the Click and Collect option in the basket. Your order will normally be ready for collection 48 hours after purchasing. We will contact you collection dates and times.

If you are collecting, we observe all social distancing measures. Face coverings and additional cleaning are all in place to keep our staff and customers safe.

Please bring your order/collection reference number with you, along with photo id. (We can’t release your order without them).

We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but please let us know in advance who will be collecting on your behalf; to safeguard you from fraud. The person you’ve nominated must present your order/collection please.

Call & Collect

Please call us on 0207 349 7117 to place your order.  Your order will normally be ready for collection 48 hours after purchasing. We will arrange a mutually convenient collection date and time at the point of purchase.

Deliveries:

Our ecommerce site remains open and our delivery service has not been impacted. We are operating a contact less delivery to comply with the latest government guidelines. Currently no signature is required for your delivery.

Returns:

Our standard returns policy remains in place, allowing you to return any items to us safely.  Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you have any issues or concerns.
