If you decide not to keep your piece of Objet Luxe ordered on line, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. It is important that the item you are returning is in perfect condition and its original packaging, including the presentation box, where applicable. All returns should be accompanied with the original invoice. Sale and Ex-Display items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. All Sale and Ex-Display can be exchanged, but not refunded. All Sale or Ex-Display items are sold as seen.
Please note we can only accept returns on bespoke items if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival. You are responsible for your item until we receive back at our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service for any returns.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received a returned item and it has been fully inspected and undergone appropriate quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

There is strictly a no refund or Exchange Policy on Objet Luxe goods which have not been purchased from www.objetluxe.com. Multi-brand retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. Items bought in concession stores must be returned to their host stores for a refund.
For postage returns please include a note explaining the reason for the return, except for faulty items that are the responsibility of Objet Luxe, all shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer.
Objet Luxe will only pay for the cost of returns if items were delivered in error or faulty or damaged.
